СНИЖЕНИЕ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТОГО РИСКА У БОЛЬНЫХ САХАРНЫМ ДИАБЕТОМ 2 ТИПА: ТЕОРИЯ И ПРАКТИКА.

Пациенты с сахарным диабетом относятся к группе больных с высоким риском развития сердечно-сосудистых событий. В статье рассматривается значение ключевых факторов риска и роль их коррекции в снижении риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Приведены результаты рандомизированных клинических исследований с участием больных диабетом.  Проводится сопоставление международных рекомендаций по ведению больных сахарным диабетом с реальной клинической практикой. Обсуждаются причины поздней диагностики ИБС, в особенности безболевой ишемии миокарда(БИМ) и  недостаточной эффективности коррекции факторов риска.
